Specifics about this ride are below the dashed line. But first, some important general information:
Check out linktr.ee/RozzieBikes for links to all our social media, including our email list to get these announcements sent to you directly!
** Note ** Once per year, we are asking you to complete a release before you ride. You can do it on your phone at the ride start, but can save time by following this link: https://tinyurl.com/2026-RozzieBikes-Release-Form
Why are we leading these short evening rides?
– To show that there are low(er) stress routes around the neighborhood and “you CAN get there from here” by bike
– To get to know some neighbors who like to ride
– To learn little about safe and effective cycling and group riding
Please read some Important information about these rides in this document: https://tinyurl.com/RozzieRides-2026
Finally, here’s a link to a consolidated calendar that includes rides and events from RozzieBikes, Parkway Cycling Club and West Rox Bikes plus selected other rides:

===== Specifics about this ride =====
We take a low(er) stress 9-ish mile route from the Square to Franklin Park, where we’ll first ride along Scarboro Pond and the golf course. We’ll stop at the abandoned bear dens, as well as two other ruins that have been preserved: the Overlook and Schoolmaster Hill. We’ll return via the Arborway cycle track, the Blackwell Footpath and traffic-calmed South Street back to Adams Park.
As usual, despite the bike infrastructure we’ll be using, there is some traffic, so you should be comfortable on streets.
Afterward, perhaps some beer or ice cream in the Square, if anyone is interested.
As you arrive in the park, if there are people there, please slow down or dismount – let’s not disturb others who are using the park.
