** Note ** Once per year, we are asking you to complete a release before you ride. You can do it on your phone at the ride start, but can save time by following this link: https://tinyurl.com/2026-RozzieBikes-Release-Form
Why are we leading these short evening rides?
– To show that there are low(er) stress routes around the neighborhood and “you CAN get there from here” by bike
– To get to know some neighbors who like to ride
– To learn little about safe and effective cycling and group riding
Please read some Important information about these rides in this document: https://tinyurl.com/RozzieRides-2026
Finally, here’s a link to a consolidated calendar that includes rides and events from RozzieBikes, Parkway Cycling Club and West Rox Bikes plus selected other rides:

===== Specifics about this ride =====
This 7.5 mile route is as hilly as any we’ve done on the evening rides, but the good news is that almost all the climbing is in the first two miles, mostly on quieter roads.
We’ll visit the Bellevue water tower – sorry, no view, but bragging rights that you’ve ridden to the highest point in the city of Boston. Then we drop partway down Enneking Parkway, veering off onto a mile-long recently paved path on the lesser-used side of Stony Brook Reservation. We return from Hyde Park via the Rozzie Wiggle.
Afterward, perhaps some food or drink in the Square, if people are interested.
As you arrive in the park, if there are people there, please slow down or dismount – let’s not disturb others who are using the park.
