On Saturday May 16th, RozzieBikes will offer our annual kids bike repair at the Archdale housing development. We’ll be outside on Brookway Road, across from the Menino Community Center.
Volunteers needed! (Come at 9:30 to help setup, if you can.) We usually have a great turnout from kids who just need basic maintenance: rusty chains, deflated tires, mis-adjusted brakes and such. No need to have bike repair experience, just keeping kids in order is a big help.
Spanish and Hatian-creole speakers would be great to have. Women are particularly encouraged to help out as some of the younger kids are far more comfortable around women. If you can only help for an hour or so, that still works for us.
Please email Mark at mctedrow@gmail.com to let him know if you can help out.
